How Does It End?

With "God Bless America." Seriously. Srsly.

We got a note from a SCAAN member that said, “God Bless America. That’s how it ends.” It looked like a troll or a joke. But no. She clarified, she’s answering the question in the title of a recent post, “How Does It End”, and explained that’s the last line in the termination emails. The last thing you hear from USAID.

Also grimly fascinating that the determination is ascribed to Rubio and Marocco personally as opposed to the office or the agency. Is there any precedent for that? At least it’s honest.
